Human jukebox duo to perform at Cultural Center

Showcasing a wide variety of musical styles spanning the last 50 years, Angie Saunders and Gary Johnson are a singing due from Sebring, Fla. Having performed concerts in several bands together — most notably, Lotela Gold — they recently formed the duet with Angie on vocals and Gary on keyboards, sax and vocals.
There aren’t any limitations when it comes to song selection. There is something for everyone in the show, featuring 50 years of juke box classics and radio hits. They celebrate hits from the ‘50s and ‘60s from artists like The Patsy Cline, Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra.
Angie and Gary also perform hits from artists like Dobie Gray, Bette Midler and The Romantics. Country fans will be pleased as well as the duo performs hits from Patsy Cline, Kenny Rogers, Lonestar and Miranda Lambert. They even play some recent pop singles by Los Lonely Boys, Megan Trainor and John Legend.
The dynamic duet will be playing at The William H. Wakeman, III Cultural Center Theater October 14. The show starts at 7 p.m. For tickets, go to sunevents.com or call (941) 625-4175.
