Where can I purchase tickets?
You may purchase tickets on our website OR at the show If there are still tickets available the night of.
Do I have to print my ticket or can I bring it on my phone?
You have the option to either print your ticket or access your ticket from your phone via your email from Sun Events. The easiest way is generally to print to ensure you have your ticket in hand and to avoid any technological issues at the theatre.
Can I give my tickets to a friend?
Yes, tickets are transferable.
Where can I find more information about my show?
After your ticket is purchased, we will be sure to email you about the upcoming show, venue, time, and best places to park.
Is Sun Events trustworthy?
Sun Events is a family-owned company based in Southwest Florida. We operate with dozens of bands and venues all across the state, as well as throughout the Southeast. We are partners with Gannett, the Tribune Publishing Group, and other news organizations throughout the United States. We partner with Ticket Sauce, a world-class ticketing software to ensure your cybersecurity and safety is thoroughly protected. We never keep your credit card or financial information on file and all charges are processed through a reputable credit card processor. I lost my tickets, what do I do?
You can email us at info@sunevents.com or call us at 863-494-9362 with your name and show and we can reissue your tickets.
Where are my tickets?
Generally, your tickets will be sent to your email. If you have not received them please wait 5-10 minutes. If you do not see them in your inbox please check your spam folder. If after 24 hours you don’t receive your tickets please email us at info@sunevents.com or call us at 863-494-9362 and we will ensure to resend them directly to you.

If you opted to have your tickets mailed, please allow 5-7 business days to receive your tickets. If you selected to receive at will-call, your tickets will be available 1-hour prior to showtime.

Can I buy my tickets at the theatre?
Please check individual event pages prior to purchasing at the theatre. For many events, tickets can only be purchased online, over the phone, or the night of the event.
How will I receive my tickets?
All ticket purchasers will be emailed their tickets via the email you provided at check out. For certain events, you have the option to mail tickets or receive them the night of the event for a small fee. Please check the individual event for more details.
What's your refund policy?
We have always honored our no refund policy. This is stated on all digital and print ads along with our ticketing page at check out.
What happens if my show is postponed?
If your show is postponed, your tickets will be transferred to the new date. You may also opt to receive a Sun Events Credit equal to the full purchase amount to use. The expiration date may vary.
What happens if my show is cancelled?

If your show is cancelled with NO postponed date, you have the option to either receive a credit to a future show or receive a refund. Please allow 30 days for your funds to be restored/returned to your credit card.

How do I get ADA seats?
